Being a photographer for the young Tierra Brown is not conforming to what everybody sees as beauty but, finding things that other people don’t see in the beauty in. I enjoyed getting to see her work and getting to know her more mostly because, she envisions the abnormal. Aggressively she works to shine a positive light on going against conformity. She is really on the verge to something great! I got the opportunity to interview her and I am so glad that I did.

We discussed the following:
Q: What do you enjoy most about taking pictures?

A: I love capturing the beauty in things and people that aren’t normally seen. I love making people feel good about themselves
Q: What 3 words would you use to describe your style?
A: carefree
Q:What message do you want people to get from your pictures?
A: You don’t have to have a certain look or be a “model” for me to work with you.

Q: What type of photos do you enjoy taking most?
A: I love taking natural light photos outside on sunny days. I love natural beauty and nature

Q: How would you say you differentiate yourself from any other photographer, what makes you special?
A: I just do me & focus on being the best me I can be. Constantly trying to do better than my last shoot.
Q:What is your biggest pet peeve when it comes to your work, what makes you tick?

A: I hate when a shoot gets cancelled. I hate when I’m working outside & my face gets OC sweaty.
Q: If you could do a shoot with anyone who would it be?

A: Kanye West.

  1. I like this blog/interview a lot! Knowing that you interview several people to keep things up to date, you always keep your interview question fresh. It is definitely questions in which I/your viewers would like to know. The set up is amazing as well as the category of “Black Artist.” I am in love!
